My wife and I first went to Elk Grove Mazda to look at the new CX-5. From the moment we arrived, everyone was professional and they acknowledged us, unlike other salesmen at other dealerships (*cough Elk Grove Toyota). My wife and I are fairly young looking so at most places, most salespeople wouldn't even talk to us but Joe Luiz took the time to explain the features of the car and when we said we wanted to test drive the vehicle, there was no hesitation on his part to accommodate us. Another salesperson, Garrett Oxnaes, went along and he also was very patient with us, answering our questions. Throughout our visit, there was no pressure on us to buy anything; nor were there questions from anyone questioning our finances (i.e. how are you going to pay for this car?)
