My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
on the day i went to purchase a new car Tommy Davis(our sales rep) was very understanding of our situation. Nissan was the first dealership we went to in the elk grove auto mall. when i got out of my car, Tommy did not ambush or overwelm me. He gave me time to get my mind in the right place and not feel like i was being rushed through cars and paper work. out of all the car dealerships and sales reps we met that day, Tommy Davis was the only person that shook our hands and introduced himself and listened to our needs and criteria. he always had a smile and was very accomindating. after visiting the rest of the car dealerships(from hell) I went right back to Nissan and Tommy Davis. when we walked back in Tommy was helping another costumer with a test drive. when he saw us coming back in, he asked if we wanted to have him help us or another sales rep. when i said him, he immdiatly asked another person to help the other costomers and came back to us. when he came back he was still helpful and not full of himself( like alot of the other sales reps). when we said we wanted to retest the cube, he got the keys and said lets go for a ride. he let me make the decisions on were we went and let me test everything the way i wanted to. we checked the car out and he answered all our questions truthfully. once we decided to buy the car, he did everything he could to get me into my car. now i had a bankrupcy, and he still got into a new 2009 cube for under 17,000, and this car comes with alot of great aspects. if i was to rate Nissan and Tommy Davis, I would rate them at an 11 out of 10. I recommend, Nissan to anyone.

I don't just expect to have my care serviced, I depend on the service people to inform me regarding the status of my vehicle. I appreciate it that they always write what needs to be done next on the receipt so I can either get it done or prepare my budget to have it done in the necessary time. I have never been disappointed. They make me feel my service and the status of my car is important to them. I always get good service and am treated with respect.

I loved how i brought my car in to nissan with an intermittent issue that i thought could not be reproduce at least i couldn't by myself they took it in and were able to reproduce the issue and get the part with in 24 hours and return my car to me the next day the speed of this dealer is awesome and i recommend this dealer to everyone i talk to!

All of my questions and problems were resolved. This is the only dealership
where I will ever take my car. If I move I will definitely come back for the
major service. I bought this car in Southern California in an emergency and
researched dealers within about 50 miles. Nissan of Elk Grove has proven to
be a winner.

I visited the website of Nissan of Elk Grove after finding the car that I wanted, I asked for a quote. Very soon I was contacted by a very friendly person (Linda Anderson)who give me all the information that I needed. She made it easy for me to make up my mind and finalized my decision. The next day I visited the dealership and met Dave Lewis and went through the paper work and every thing work out very good.

I bought my Murano in Elk Grove and now live in Lincoln, CA. I continue to take my Murano to Elk Grove for service even though there is a dealer in Roseville. I have history in Elk Grove, know some of the people there and trust them to give me top notch service. I will continue to drive to Elk Grove for service.

My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
While my daughter and I were looking for a new car we had been by EG Nissan several times. Each time we felt welcome despite the fact that we didn't buy for several months.
When the decision was made to buy, we knew exactly what we wanted in a vehicle (after my daughters extensive research). It was because of our previous encounters and the competitive prices that we return to EG Nissan to buy.
I had been watching competitive dealerships in Sacramento, Stockton and as far as Vacaville. EG Nissan was the best price everytime.
My daughter is extremely exciting and pleased with her car. I am pleased with the financing and crash test ratings on the Nissan Cube. I am very pleased with the EG Nissan team. In addition, there were a couple of minor cosmetic problems that needed to be fixed and we found these were prompted care for by the service dept.
When I'm ready for my next auto, I will go to EG Nissan first...and last.

I wanted an Altima which was equipped with special features and equipment. Dave & Robbie went out of their way to locate a car that was equipped the way I wanted it to be. The Elk Grove Nissan Team located the color that I wanted. They did not attempt to sell me a car that was on the lot. They got the car that I wanted.

I enjoy the service I receive every time I come in, the people friendly they go over the service that need for this period.I put very little milage on my car and they recommended service every six mounths. This has work out just find, I have also told my friends.

I've been dealing with John for five years. I have always received great and fair service from him. I have the repairs done at the dealer because I feel like I am treated fairly and I have confidence that the work will be done right and if it isn't I know I have Nissan behind me. I will most likely buy another Maxima, and I would only look at another dealer to compare prices. If EGN wasn't competitive, I would buy elsewhere, but I would bring it to John for service for sure. I do talk to people about my great service and recommend EGN if someone is looking for a Nissan.

I have been in the Nissan family since 1989. I have purchased (8) Nissans and have referred family and friends to a Nissan dealership as well. I was first introduced to the Nissan via the Datson Honeybee. I have found the Nissan cars to be quite durible as well as dependable. My Sales Consultants have been extremely helpful, as well as patient and understanding and most of all honest! I have also appreciated my Sales Consultant's friendly demeanor and giving me and all referrals his undivided attention and not pushing me to the curb when another customer arrived or showed up. I plan on staying in the Nissan family and bringing on board as many new and returning patrons as possible.

I arrived at approximately 7:20 a.m. and I had paid and was back in my vehicle by 7:50 a.m. I was expecting to leave and return later while my truck was being serviced. Service was so quick that I decided to just wait there while the work was performed.

I took my car in for an oil change at the quick lube. I was greeted immediately and the car was taken in for service. The staff behind the counter in the waiting room was very friendly and ensured I was comfortable while I waited. The service was performed quickly and my car was run through the car wash before it was returned. I was very pleased with the friendliness, quickness and efficiency of the staff.
